Gaydamak is currently staying in Russia, which does not have an extradition treaty with France. In Israel, Gaydamak faces serious charges of fraud and money laundering

    The committee established under the direction of the Israeli Supreme Court, to deal with the issue of "mehadrin" public transportation, has submitted its recommendation: The existing lines should be canceled, as it is illegal to force public separation on buses. Private mehadrin lines will still be permitted to operate. The final ruling on the matter is due to be made in 3 months.
