Leviev Remains in Control
Eitan Fried 30/10/2009 12:36Bondholders and Africa Israel Investments Ltd. reached an agreement: The company will issue shares and sell some of its assets, and in that way it will return millions of debt to bondholders. Leviev will transfer NIS 750 million to the company and will remain the controlling shareholder of the company. A 52.9% stake in Africa Israel remains with Leviev.
