What did they discuss?
Avi Moshe 10/11/2009 10:30United States President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu met last night at the White House, and had a lengthy private conversation. They then decided not to reveal the nature of their meeting to anyone. The White House reports that the two discussed bilateral issues, and Obama reiterated his obligation to work on maintaining Israel's security.

Iran is Dragging its Feet

UN Endorses Goldstone Report

The resolution calls for Israel and the Palestinians to investigate war crime allegations leveled in the UN report on the Gaza war within three months

Goldstone Report in the UN
Reuven Stein 04/11/2009 23:00The United Nations General Assembly began today's session with a discussion about the Goldstone Report, and it is expected that the report will eventually be submitted to the Security Council. There, the Americans will place a veto on the decision. Israel and the Palestinians must submit within 3 months the results of their internal investigations into the "violation of international humanitarian law".

New Threat on Israel
R. Waxman 02/11/2009 07:15A Somalian terror group associated with al Qaeda has for the first time threatened to attack Israel. CNN reported Sunday afternoon that the militant Islamic group – which is known by the name "Al-Shabab" – controls a part of Somalia that has been without government rule for 20 years. Leaders of the group threatened Israel in a sermon on Friday.
