    Supreme Court President and Justices Rivlin and Procaccia rejected the petition this afternoon for releasing the names of terrorists who are going to be released in the Shalit deal. The Supreme Court published its decision this afternoon (Tuesday) regarding the secrecy of the talks, leaving intact the censorship for "obvious security concerns." However, it ruled that "there will be no censorship of the severe reactions of the families.”
