Shalit Deal a Secret

The Supreme Court published its decision this afternoon (Tuesday) regarding the secrecy of the talks, leaving intact the censorship for "obvious security concerns." However, it ruled that "there will be no censorship of the severe reactions of the families.”

High Court on Shalit Deal

Justice Dorit Beinish, said that the petition will apparently be rejected as currently there is no deal yet.
