Ne'eman Must Resign!
Eitan Fried 08/12/2009 14:32A few words spoken by the Israeli Minister of Justice, regarding the place of halacha in the legal world of Israel, were received – as can only be expected – with anger, and calls for the Minister to resign. Lawmakers in Israel are saying that Ne'eman's "Jewish" remarks "have no place" in the Israeli legal system, and that he should immediately resign from his position. They claim that his words were a call to "nullify the status of the Knesset and judges."
