    Rabbi Shlomo Benizri and Avraham Hirshson will begin to serve their prison sentences this morning. Rabbi Benizri, who claims he is innocent and that he is the victim of a "witch hunt", will be sent to the Maasiyahu Prison for four years. Former Finance Minister Avraham Hirschson has been sentenced to 5 1/2 years in prison for stealing 2 million shekels from the Histadrut Labor Federation.

    An Arab stabbed a Jew in a building that served as a hostel, on Rechov Tzfania in Jerusalem. "Hatzolah" paramedics worked to revive the victim, but the man died half an hour the incident occurred. The police are hunting for the Arab attacker, who worked at the site of the murder. The motive behind the stabbing has still not been clarified.
