Yochanan Weisberg 15/09/2009 10:20At the end of last week Satmar avreichim congregated in the sanctuary of the great beis midrash in Shikun Satmar in Bnei Brak, to celebrate with joy a siyum of Maseches Makos, which had been studied in the framework of "Yesodei HaTorah". The event was organized by "Chaburos Yesodei HaTorah" – an organization that sponsors 16 shiurim in Shikun Satmar every day, following a special learning program of one page of Gemara a day. On Friday and Shabbos, the participants in the program review the material learned all week.
