10th Mexican Flu Victim

The Israeli Department of Health says: "The Israeli public is not panicking." Tomorrow, the eve of Rosh Chodesh Elul, will be special day of prayer throughout the country.

Death Shrouded in Mystery
David Katz & David Shmueli 18/08/2009 15:43Police have permitted the Israeli media to report details about the discovery of the body of Rafael Miriashvilli (Zohar), hy'd, a 25 year old from Shikun Chabad in Lod, whose handcuffed body was found in an abandoned structure in Beit Dagan. The police have not discovered any clues that can help them solve the mysterious case.

Mubarak did not state the identity of those who foiled the deal, but indicated that Israel also had a part in delaying Shalit's release.

During the tour, Minister of Interior Rabbi Eli Yishai said, "These are legal settlements that were established by Israeli governments." Minister Moshe (Boogie) Yaalon made more extreme remarks, and said, "From a political, strategic perspective, there is great importance to maintain control of this region."
