The British Supreme Court ruled that Jewish schools must accept any student, whether or not he is a Jew. The Court ruled that a Jewish school's decision to only accept Jewish students into its student body is unlawful. The decision was made after a London school refused to accept a boy whose mother is not considered Jewish according to halachah.
