65 Million Shekels From Health Care Funds Allocated for Children's Dentistry

The government ministers approved in a vote conducted via telephone, an allocation of 65 million shekels of the Israeli health care budget towards dental treatments for children. The funding required a change in the original budget guidelines, which was made by Deputy Minister of Health, Rabbi Yaakov Litzman.
The move was coordinated between the Finance and Health Ministries as well as with Prime Minister's Office Director-General Eyal Gabai.
