State Attorney's Office has updated the Supreme Court that the State will not be able to demolish illegal structures in the territories during the freezing of settlement construction, because of the need for "reinforcement of power and concentration of effort to enforce the order." This was submitted by the Attorney’s Office in response to a petition filed by Peace Now to enforce demolition orders against illegal construction in the territories. In the name of Minister of Defense and the IDF is was also stated that "this new order requires postponement of other enforcement tasks, including those arising from various petitions.”
