Beit Arye: Residents Prevent Civil Administration Inspectors from Entering Settlement, Council Head Arrested

Residents of Beit Arye and policemen were in a fierce standoff as Civil Administration inspectors attempted to enter the settlement. During the struggle, during which the inspectors tried to hand deliver orders to stop construction, the head of the regional council, Avi Naim, was arrested.
Before his arrest, Naim said to "Israel News", "The security forces have been ordered to use force and not to compromise, and neither will we."
