Chief of Staff: The Phenomenon of Refusal is Rooted in Poor Education

Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi addressed the phenomenon of refusal of soldiers serving in the IDF, claiming that is the result of education. "We must take a stand against educators in schools who called for disobedience,” Ashkenazi claimed. He said that military refusal means "crossing a red line. We can not accept such behavior, or such a phenomenon, not from the right nor from the left," said the Chief of Staff.
