Iran: Journalist Who Criticized President Sentenced to 6 Years in Prison

The Iranian government sentenced a female journalist to 6 years and 3 months in prison, for the crime of criticizing President Ahmadinajad, which insulted him and "jeopardized the country's security".
Iranian media sites reported that the journalist, Hengameh Shahidi, was arrested in the post-election demonstrations in Iran six months ago.
