Western Congo: Boat Sank in Lake, At Least 73 Dead

The International Red Cross reported this evening that at least 73 people drowned, and dozens are still missing, after a logging boat sand in a lake in the western Democratic Republic of Congo.
The boat was carrying numerous passengers without a permit, and 272 were rescued after the boat sank in stormy weather.
