Private Prison Contractor: Most Israeli Prisoners Return to Jail after Release

The contractor who involved in the private prison project criticized the government decision to put the project on hold. "We should all be worried about the fact that a prisoner in Israel has no horizon. Most of them return to jail. We sought to change this situation," he said during a visit of the Knesset's Internal Affairs Committee at a Beersheba prison.
