German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle told President Shimon Peres, with whom he spoke, that his country will not be patient forever toward Iran. "Our patience is not forever. We did support dialogue with Iran, but it will be limited in time until the end of the year - and if by then there will be no clear results we will have to impose sanctions on Iran," the minister said, adding that "we have a shared concern, and must say loud and clear that nuclear weapons in the hands of the Iranian government is not an option."
