United States and Canada: Recall of 2.1 Million Stork Craft Cribs

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling 2.1 million Stork Craft drop-side cribs, produced by Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc. of British Columbia, Canada.
CNN reported this morning: "The recall includes about 147,000 Stork Craft drop-side cribs with the Fisher-Price logo. The cribs were sold at major retailers including Sears and Wal-Mart and online at Amazon.com and Target.com between January 1993 and October 2009."
There have been 24 children and babies injured due to drop-side detachment.
