Morocco: The Construction in East Jerusalem is Not Legal and Not Legitimate

Morocco has also spoken out against Israel's decision to approve the construction of 900 new housing units in the Gilo neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The Moroccan Foreign Ministry released a statement last night, saying that the construction in East Jerusalem is "illegal and illegitimate. Such steps indicated a lack of willingness on Israel's part to renew peace talks, or work towards establishing a Palestinian state."
