Iran is not afraid of being slammed by the UN Security Council with new economic sanctions, in response to its refusal to send enrich its uranium in another country.
Manouchehr Mottaki, Iran's Foreign Minister, said on Wednesday that sanctions were useful in the 1960's and the 1970's. "I think that the nations of the world are smart enough not to repeat actions which failed," said Mottaki.
