Defense Minister Ehud Barak said this evening in a meeting with Labor activists that the Labor Party platform is central, and to resist attempts to shift it to the left. "Labor needs to be at the center. Ben-Gurion was at the center, Rabin was in the middle. We should be at the center and this is the place of the party," Barak said at a meeting tonight in Be’er Sheva.
