In the wake of the collision between a sightseeing helicopter and a small airplane this year, the Federal Aviation Administration is enforcing new airspace regulations over the Hudson River. Aircraft passing through the area will be required to remain between 1000 and 3000 feet in altitude, while local pilots must fly lower than 1000 feet. (CNN)
