Al Jazeera reports that over the weekend, at least 240 villages in southwestern Saudi Arabia have been evacuated, due to fighting between Yemeni rebels and Saudi Arabian army forces at the border.
Saudi Arabia is conducting air and ground strikes at its border in order to maintain a 10 kilometer wide buffer zone inside Yemen, with the intention of keeping Yemeni rebels away from the border.
