The President of the United States, Barak Obama, asked intelligence officials to investigate how the Fort Hood murderer, Major Nidal Malik Hasan, had managed to at one time serve as a military psychiatrist. It isn't explicable, as the military knew that Hasan had a relationship with the Iman known as "the spiritual advisor" of the 3 men who attacked the Twin Towers.
