Hurricane Ida is now Tropical Depression Ida

Hurricane Ida is slowing down, and after being downgraded to a tropical storm, is now being referred to as a tropical depression. The southeastern Gulf Coast can still expect up to 6 inches of rain.
CNN reported a few hours ago that The storm's heavy rains have flooded some roads and washed up debris in parts of Alabama and Florida, and the storm knocked out power to about 2,000 people in the western part of the Florida panhandle.
