Licensing Office Clerk Convicted of Bribery

A senior clerk in the Licensing Office, which issues driver’s licenses, was convicted of making use of internal documents, in which, among other things, she rejected the disqualification of driver's licenses, after someone promised to promote her in the Licensing Office.
The man claimed that he had connections with the then Transportation Minister Meir Shitrit. She was convicted of bribery and fraud.
