Chairman of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Mohammed al-Baradei, submitted this afternoon a first draft of an agreement between the three major world powers – the United States, France, and Russia – and Iran, on the topic of Iranian nuclear development. The agreement is slated to be approved within two days.
According to this newest agreement, 75% of Iran's enriched uranium will be shipped to Russia for additional enrichment, and from there it will be transported to France to be converted into metal fuel rod for a research reactor in Teheran.
