Channel 2: Terror Attack Against Israeli Bus in Sinai Foiled
Two months ago, passengers of an Israeli bus on its way to Sharm a-Sheikh in Egypt were miraculously saved from a terror attack planned against them, due to a technical problem that arose when the terrorists attempted to detonate explosives.
Channel 2 publicized tonight that in July this year, an Israeli bus was transporting tourists to the hotel area of Sharm a-Sheikh. At a certain point, someone noticed the bus full of Israelis and decided to follow it. When the bus reached Nuweiba, a terrorist group attempted to detonate a roadside bomb, in an attempt to harm the Israeli tourists. Luckily, there was a technical malfunction of the bomb, and it did not explode.
