Obama Spoke with Sarkozy in Preparation for the Talks with Iran

The President of the United States, Barak Obama, spoke with the French President Nicolas Sarkozy on the telephone on Tuesday. The two discussed the upcoming talks between Iran and the Western Nations scheduled for October 1. The White House issued a statement saying: "The two leaders discussed the status of diplomatic efforts to bring Iran into compliance with its international obligations on its nuclear program."
