Court Rejects Petition of Missing Soldier's Family

The Jerusalem District Court rejected claim submitted by the parents and brother of Yehuda Yekutiel Katz, one of the soldier still classified as missing in the Sultan Yaakov battle. The family had at one point demanded monetary compensation, after Yehuda's status was changed from "missing" to "fallen in battle – burial site unknown". The court ruled that the evidence gathered justified changing the status of the Katz to "fallen".
