Report: Negotiations Will Resume Next Month with Palestinians

"Ha'aretz" reported this morning that negotiations between the Israeli government and the Palestinian government will resume next month on the basis of an understanding that within two years the establishment of a Palestinian State will be formerly announced.
Sometime today, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will meet in Cairo face to face with the Egyptian President. Israeli sources reported that the two will discuss the nature of future talks with the Palestinians, as well as details pertaining to the release of the captive soldier, Gilad Shalit.
