Barak: Building Freeze is in the Merit of the Labor Party

Defense Minister Ehud Barak said Wednesday evening during a closed party meeting, that if the Labor party was not part of the government coalition, it would not have been possible to implement a settlement building freeze.
"Our contribution to the processes taking place is important and crucial. The right wing government is narrowminded, and would never have accepted the road map of two states for two nations, or the settlement building freeze," said Barak, and asked the 4 'rebels' in his party to act in accordance with decision made by the party and the coalition.
