United States: We are Willing to Begin Bilateral Talks with Pyongyang

Stephen Bosworth, the United States special envoy to North Korea, said on Sunday that America is ready to begin bilateral talks. However, he emphasized that talks between North Korea and U.S. do not rule out the necessity for mulitlateral interaction within the framework of the "Six Nation" talks – a group that includes representatives from Japan, Russia, China, the United States, and North and South Korea.
