Though Hurricane Jemina has weakened to a Category 1 storm, a tropical storm warning is still in effect for the Baja California Peninsula, and northwestern mainland Mexico. Those areas can expect winds of up to 39 miles per hour, up to 15 inches of rain, and coastal flooding, when the storm hits land in the next 24 hours. (CNN)
