Harsh Statement Made by Justice Minister: The Chareidi Demonstrations are a Chilul Hashem"

 The Justice Minister, Professor Yaakov Ne'eman, made an extremely serious remark, criticizing the chareidi demonstrators in Meah Shearim, in Jerusalem. He said, "They are causing more chilul Hashem than Kiddush Hashem."
Minister Ne'eman, who was speaking before religious soldiers in Sderot, completely ignored the extreme and uncalled-for violent actions of the police, including shooting live ammunition into the air, the use of stun grenades and tear gas, and beatings that occurred on Sunday night.
