Mike Huckabee, Republican leader and head of the US delegation touring Israel this week, reportedly said about President Obama during a visit to Maaleh Adumim today (Tuesday), “We are all – both Republicans and Democrats – surprised at the new policies he has instituted, much harsher than previous administrations, and very different than his own campaign promises when he visited Israel."
Huckabee was responding to remarks made by Benny Kashriel, Mayor of Maaleh Adumim, who said, "Obama will not permit us to build homes for our childen here, will not let our children remain here, and that is very sad. This is the first time that a US President has not honored the agreements made by a previous President."
