Hours after a toddler was discovered alone in his stroller on Neviim Street in Jerusalem, his parents arrived Monday evening at the Russian Compound Police Station to take him home.
The child's mother told police that she had left the toddler in the care of an older sibling, who got on a bus with another brother and forgot the toddler in his stroller at the bus stop.
